Celebrating 25 Years of Success and Achievement.

Hyperion, a world-leading, independently owned insurance group, has cemented its reputation in the industry through ingenuity & employee culture. To mark their 25th anniversary, Bigger was appointed to craft an experiential identity that celebrated the achievements and successes of their people.

Inspired by People.

Hyperion marked their anniversary with the ‘Million for a Million’ campaign; employees completed extraordinary charitable efforts, including rowing the Atlantic, raising over $1.5 million. To bring the concept to life, we captured dynamic photography of the employees in action, placing their efforts at the heart of the design. A deconstruction of the Hyperion logo provided our key graphic device, a geometric interpretation of Roman numerals, XXV for 25 years, each colour representing a division of the business.

Building Excitement.

We created memorable touchpoints from the very beginning, collaborating with The Cornbury Estate to source wood from their grounds. The wood was then engraved and transformed into keepsake invitations for attendees.

Capturing the Moment.

We knew it was essential to showcase the standout contributions of employees throughout the artwork and identity. To do this, we organised a photoshoot that highlighted employees in the midst of their fundraising activities. The imagery was treated for consistency and contrast, framed within our geometric XXV, which then symbolised the physical and mental boundaries these employees broke through to achieve their goals.

A Striking Setting.

Our visual identity system formed bold, cohesive recognition across every touchpoint of their annual conference, from large format prints to lanyards. Beyond the print and digital media, invitations, and event branding, the identity carried over into the evening festival and gala that unfolded within the stunning Cornbury Park Estate.
