A Values Powered Experiential Brand Toolkit.
Brompton boasts a dedicated global community that actively connects with the brand through experiential marketing initiatives. Following a recent brand refresh, the marketing team sought to build on this passion by creating unique experiential IP that would articulate their new value set. This included the development of corresponding identity guidelines to support brand activations across key pillars.
Expand Your Understanding.
My role was to develop an experiential concept for Brompton that would communicate the brand value of ‘Learn’. The "Brompton Workshop" would serve as a dynamic platform for talks, debates & hands-on learning experiences. The concept encompassed a blend of practical and theoretical subjects, delivered through both physical events and digital spaces. Workshops would unlock the knowledge within Brompton’s unique engineering heritage while fostering idea sharing and community engagement.

Visualising the Value.
The visual identity was designed to evoke a sense of practical and theoretical curiosity . I used exploded isometric drawings to represent the precision and complexity of Brompton’s engineering, while incorporating affirming statements that underscored the quest for knowledge. Sections within each composition were connected by process flow lines, symbolising the continuous journey of learning, thinking, and problem-solving. This approach not only reflected Brompton’s engineering prowess but also reinforced the brands position parallel to the pursuit of understanding.

Fostering a community of well-being
The identity was brought to life across a wide range of applications, from physical to digital, promotional material to event spaces, each utilising the Workshop’s distinctive visual system. A digital content hub extended the experience online, hosting webinars, recorded talks, and instructional content. Practical bike maintenance workshops were supported by signage and printed collateral that echoed the instructional aesthetic. Whether in-person or virtual, each touchpoint reinforced the Workshop’s mission: to share knowledge, spark curiosity, and celebrate the spirit of learning.
